Our Services and Rates

Our driving packages help new or inexperienced drivers earn a driver’s license. Our sessions are built to accommodate the unique requirements of every student, and the lessons will adjust depending on the actual progress demonstrated by the student. Led by our professional and experienced instructors, these sessions deliver safe, confident, informed, and patient drivers to American roads. Students learn the best Defensive Driving education and the requirements to pass the road test administered by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.

Over 96% of our students get their license on the first try! Regardless of whether you prefer 5 or 10 hours or more of instruction, you can be sure that our courteous, experienced, and patient instructors will help you succeed at your driving goals.

All of the instruction provided by CAS Driving School is conducted behind the wheel in the District of Columbia. (The DC DMV does not require classroom instruction, although this may be changing soon.)

Our Rates

WE provide pick-ups in the DC area for driving lessons

Driving instructions (1 hour) - $55.00
one hour driving instruction

Driving instructions (2 hours) - $110.00
Two hours of driving instruction

Road Test Prep - $110.00
Two hours of driving instruction in the road test area. (Prep should be at least a few days before taking your road test.)

Vehicle Usage with pickup - $85.00
Vehicle usage for the DC Road Skills Test (including pickup)

Usage without pickup - $65.00
Vehicle usage for the DC Road Skills Test (without pickup)

3rd Party Test with Vehicle - $140.00
3rd Party Testing for the DC Road Skills Test, including vehicle usage. Please Note: If you received driving instruction from CAS Driving School, DC DMV does not permit you to take the third party road test with one of our instructors.

3rd Party Test no Vehicle - $100.00
